Daily Perks Club Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 5, 2026MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Nature of Membership
Daily Perks Club ("DPC"), operated by Aslancor LLC, is a membership access program. Membership provides access to participate in beverage redemptions at participating cafés. Membership does not represent prepaid beverages, stored value, gift cards, vouchers, or credits.
2. Redemption Rules
• Members may redeem up to three (3) beverages per calendar day at participating cafés.
• Minimum thirty (30) minute interval between redemptions.
• Beverages up to $8 total price (including applicable sales tax) are included.
• Any amount above $8 must be paid directly to the café.
• Daily Perks Club reserves the right to monitor redemption activity and prevent abuse of the program.
• Food, add-ons, and specialty upgrades are not included unless stated otherwise.
3. Merchant of Record
All beverages are sold by participating cafés. Cafés remain the sole merchant of record and are responsible for pricing, tax collection, food safety, and customer service. DPC does not sell beverages.
4. Billing & Subscription
Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing until cancellation. You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Non‑Transferability & Abuse
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your pass, duplicating QR codes, or attempting to bypass program limits may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
6. Program Changes
DPC may modify pricing, redemption limits, participating cafés, or program structure with thirty (30) days notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPC shall not be liable for beverage quality, café operations, food safety, or indirect damages. DPC’s total liability shall not exceed one (1) month of membership fees.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DPC from claims arising from misuse of the program, violation of these terms, or unlawful conduct.
9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Claims must be brought individually.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
PRIVACY POLICY
DPC collects personal information including name, email address, payment identifiers, and redemption activity data for operational and fraud-prevention purposes.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers such as Stripe for payment processing and security.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.
Users may request access or deletion of personal data by contacting [email protected].
We may also collect device, browser, and usage data for fraud prevention and service improvement.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Membership may be cancelled at any time through your account portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled and that you are responsible for managing your subscription before the next billing date.
No partial refunds are issued for unused days. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.
DPC reserves the right to terminate memberships for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing or using a Daily Perks Club membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You also acknowledge that Daily Perks Club is a membership access program and not a prepaid beverage plan.
